Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for inviting me to attend your meeting and to address such a distinguished audience here today in Montreal. As a representative of my country, The United Arab Emirates, a member of The Arab League, I genuinely welcome the chance to share our view with such an eminent segment of the American people. As is well known, my country is one of the major oil producing and exporting countries. Ninety-seven percent of our country's income is derived from oil and as such we do possess a unique vantage point from which to assess the current world energy picture. Unfortunately, we do not usually feel that we have enough of a chance to share that vantage point with our American friends. So I suppose I will never have a better opportunity than this to present to you, as time permits, a frank and open discussion of the Arab perspective of the current Energy situation. The many vital functions of oil in the modern world need not be listed to an audience such as this.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
