Abstract
La transmission d’une entreprise à une équipe de successeurs est un sujet peu étudié en entrepreneuriat, que ce soit dans la littérature sur la transmission d’entreprise ou dans celle consacrée aux équipes d’entrepreneurs. En se basant sur l’étude longitudinale de deux cas de successions, cet article apporte des connaissances sur le lien entre le mode de constitution de ces équipes et les difficultés qu’elles rencontrent ensuite. Il met en relief l’influence forte du cédant sur le déroulement de ce type particulier de succession et recense ainsi trois facteurs qui s’avèrent être des sources de dysfonctionnements importants pour ces équipes.
