Abstract
L’intellectuel canadien Otto Klineberg a toute sa vie œuvré pour la paix et la compréhension internationale au moyen de ses recherches, de ses publications, de ses cours et de ses conférences, dans lesquels, en lien avec des structures internationales comme l’Unesco, il s’est attaché à démonter les préjugés racistes et à apaiser les tensions entre groupes humains, peuples et nations. Il a mis sa discipline, la psychologie, au service de la paix et a ainsi réussi à faire le lien entre théorie et pratique, entre activité universitaire et militantisme pacifiste.
