Abstract
Résumé L’hémangiome caverneux du cordon spermatique est une tumeur vasculaire bénigne très rare. Seuls quelques cas ont été rapportés dans la littérature. Le diagnostic clinique est plutôt difficile, et il est, en général, de découverte anatomopathologique. Ses principales particularités sont la gravité de ses complications et la possibilité d’involution spontanée. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient de 26 ans, traité pour tuberculose ganglionnaire il y a deux ans, et, chez qui, l’échographie a orienté vers ce diagnostic. Le traitement consistait en une tumorectomie. La discussion concerne la définition, l’étiopathogénie, les aspects histologiques, cliniques, les moyens diagnostiques, les complications et le traitement.
