Abstract
L’étude porte sur des lettres de recours gracieux adressées par des chômeurs en vue de contrer et contester leur radiation provisoire des listes de l’Agence nationale pour l’emploi. La réflexion montre que ce dispositif d’écriture — la possibilité de demander une grâce exceptionnelle à une administration — suscite une procédure de subjectivation dans laquelle la propriété personnelle du « chômage » est affirmée. Dans cette perspective, les prises d’écriture révèlent un profond désarroi, une temporalité quotidienne défaite et une sourde révolte à peine audible contre l’administration.
