Este trabalho tem por objetivo contribuir para despertar a Cidadania presente no adolescente infrator preso, a partir da reflexão sobre sua realidade criminosa, tornando-o mais cooperativo e menos agressivo ao meio social. São indicadas, nesta apresentação, formas para conhecer este adolescente, permitindo aproximá-lo dos orientadores, nas unidades prisionais, de modo a articular o relacionamento entre ambos, usando a Cidadania como meio, o que levará a melhor convivência estendida à sociedade constantemente golpeada por tal desacerto. Pretende, ainda, colaborar para estabelecer um paradigma no atendimento, ao aconselhar a Educação com Abordagem Adequada à Adolescência Criminosa brasileira, mediante o exercício de Deveres e Direitos.
