A crise financeira mundial e a ultima fase da expansao capitalista. Isso tem permitido uma erosao do consenso basico sobre os direitos sociais e o bem-estar, reduzindo o tamanho e o papel do Estado atraves da implementacao de um contexto desregulamentado e irracional. O Estado pode adoptar uma posicao de continuar por este caminho, criando mais desigualdade e concentracao de poder ou de intervencao, restringindo, reequilibrio e racionalizacao da economia de mercado atraves de politicas e direitos sociais.La crisis financiera mundial es la ultima fase de expansion del capitalismo. La misma ha posibilitado una erosion de los consensos b:isicos sobre derechos sociales y bienestar social, reduciendo el tamano y papel de los Estados mediante la implantacion de un panorama mas desregularizado e irracional.
