Abstract
L’article propose une interprétation sociologique des principes de construction d’autobiographies d’artistes de la danse. Il interroge plus particulièrement le rôle et la place du corps dans ce travail d’autonarration qui rend compte d’une existence passée dans la danse. Les aspérités de cette dernière tendent à disparaître en raison du style d’écriture autobiographique, alors que les descriptions des expériences de danse qui ont structuré la carrière de l’artiste révèlent des moments d’individualisation particuliers, hétérogènes, dont le corps dansant relaté témoigne en s’en faisant le dépositaire.
