Abstract
Au Québec, peu d’études sociologiques explorent le point de vue des enfants pour comprendre leur univers quotidien. Les difficultés à la fois méthodologiques et éthiques étant importantes, la majorité des chercheurs privilégient l’analyse des données secondaires plutôt que de saisir leur parole. L’objectif de cet article est double : tout d’abord décrire les exigences éthiques auxquelles les chercheurs québécois sont soumis lorsqu’ils font de la recherche qualitative auprès des enfants ; puis exposer les enjeux que posent ces dispositifs d’encadrement.
