Pratiques musicales, représentations et transterritorialités en réseau entre l’Argentine, le Brésil et l’Uruguay

Abstract
Cet article propose une analyse géographique d’un territoire musical fonctionnant en réseau entre l’Argentine, le Brésil et l’Uruguay. La recherche multi-située tient compte des flux de production culturelle ainsi que des représentations et des pratiques musicales qu’ils génèrent. Un axe musical majeur constitué par les villes de Porto Alegre, Pelotas, Montevideo et Buenos Aires apparaît. Nous prenons le parti de le nommer « musique platine » (musique du Rio de Plata), genre musical contemporain, transfrontalier et métis, prenant ses références à la fois dans le folklore, la folk music et la pop music. Ces réseaux de scènes musicales et de musiciens consacrés à la musique platine font entendre un appel à l’intégration régionale qui se matérialise à travers des concerts, des productions musicales et des politiques culturelles spécifiques. Ces réseaux nous amènent à réfléchir sur les nouveaux arrangements, économiques, politiques et géopolitiques que la culture engendre dans un moment d’intégration régionale de ces pays par le Mercosud.
