Cette etude porte sur la maniere dont des enseignants francophones ont integre la pratique refl exive pour mettre en oeuvre des pratiques pedagogiques susceptibles d’aider les garcons en matiere de litteratie. Les donnees ont ete recueillies au moyen d’entrevues semi-structurees menees aupres de 14 participants dans quatre ecoles francophones de l’Ontario. Les resultats ont revele que la collaboration entre les enseignants a joue un role de premier plan et que ces derniers ont mis l’accent sur la diversifi cation des ressources pedagogiques, l’utilisation de la technologie, le developpement de la communication orale et la differenciation pedagogique.
