Abstract
Toezicht op bekende plegers van (pedo)seksuele geweldsdelicten is een onderwerp dat velen bezighoudt. Op dit moment bestaan plannen om in Nederland de wettelijke mogelijkheden voor toezicht op 'gevaarlijke' ex-delinquenten te verruimen. Deze bundel bevat twee bijdragen die inzicht geven in de bestaande praktijk in Canada, de VS en Engeland en de toepassingsmogelijkheden van buitenlandse ervaringen in Nederland.
