Abstract
L'article décrit et analyse en dix points, les aspects qui seront importants dans la gérontologie de demain. Il est question de multidisciplinarité et de transdisciplinarité, de la question du vieillissement en rapport avec les notions de développement et d'accomplissement, de l'individualisation en tant que réponse au pluralisme, de la nécessité d'une philosophie de la vie, de la participation existentielle dans l'application du savoir, de questions sur les buts de la vie, de la nécessité d'une réflexion culturelle en gérontologie, des points de départ philosophiques dans l'étude du cycle de vie, de la maturité - illusion ou chance réelle - et enfin lie quelques propositions ou thèses pour une "liberté sur le tard".
