Abstract
La dendroanalyse, i.e. l'etude de la distribution d'elements dans les anneaux d'arbre, requier un grand nombre d'analyses pour caracteriser leur distribution radiale d'elements dans un tronc d'arbre en une periode de temps raisonnable. La fluorescence a micro rayon-X par synchrotron est une approche prometteuse puisqu'elle est capable de balyer des sections de tronc correspondant a de l'ordre de 100 ans de croissance en un temps raisonnable. Les resultats de fluorescence a micro rayon-X par synchrotron presentes ici, qui sont representatifs de croissance d'arbre entre 1895 et 1997, furent obtenus d'une epinette noire (Picea mariana) exposee a des polluants atomospheriques de metaux transportes par l'air en provenance d'une raffinerie de cuivre.
