Abstract
Ce texte présente certains des résultats préliminaires d’une recherche débutée en 2008 dont l’objet porte sur l’expérience de la précarisation du travail dans une perspective sociologique critique. En retraçant les trajectoires professionnelles de personnes vivant dans le quartier Centre-Sud de Montréal, notre objectif est de documenter des trajectoires de précarisation, souvent des expériences d’injustice, et d’analyser l’inscription des processus sociaux sur les corps et les esprits, en nous référant au concept de souffrance sociale. Notre ambition est d’apporter une lecture compréhensive de l’expérience de la précarité du travail.
