Abstract
Nous connaissons déjà l’importance des services de garde (structures d’accueil) quant au développement global de l’enfant. Ils jouent aussi un rôle essentiel de soutien pour les familles québécoises, notamment celles qui vivent avec un enfant présentant des besoins particuliers. Les familles d’aujourd’hui vivent dans un contexte où les fournisseurs de services sollicitent de plus en plus leurs ressources personnelles afin d’offrir des services de qualité. Leur participation est de plus en plus demandée dans l’offre de service. Il est alors intéressant de mieux comprendre leur point de vue.
