Abstract
The usage and role of endoneurosurgery using three different techniques are described: (1) keyhole surgery, (2) endoport surgery, and (3) endoscopic endonasal surgery. The technical approach for endonasal surgery is discussed followed by the principles of surgical resection using bimanual dissection. Emphasis is place on the reconstruction of the skull-base, case selection and cross-specialty development and application of endoscopic endonasal surgery is emphasized.
