Abstract
This thesis aimed to analyze the processes of development and intra-company sharing of organizational competencies. It looked at the relationship between Telemig Celular company and its counterparts making up the value chain in June 2002 for providing cellular telephone services. The organizational competency development was considered in the light of the 3G-service supply perspective.
