Na Universidade de Montreal, um grupo de professores de diferentesdepartamentos e filiações disciplinares participou de um programa de colaboração visando a favorecer a adoção de praticas pedagógicas abertas e ativas junto aos futuros professores universitários. A partir deste programa pedagógico, um grupo de estudantes matriculados em um curso de formação para a educação superior foi integrado à um contexto de estâgio prático no ensino universitário, constituídos por duas etapas: seminários sobre a prática pedagógica epresença no ambiente universitário. Esta última permite ao aluno familiarizar-se com o conjunto das atividades que compõem a vida profissional de um professor universitário. E, nos seminário, os alunos são incentivados a compartilhar suas experiências com os professores responsáveis ​​pelo estágio epelo acompanhamento da interação pedagógica.Esta pesquisa exploratória tem como objetivo refletir sobre a pertinência eo impacto deste programa de desenvolvimento profissional, ao mesmo tempo individual e coletivo, em um contexto de colaboração interdisciplinar em relação à concepção, animação e networking.
