Abstract
Cette étude explore l’idée selon laquelle l’accès à un corps de connaissances spécialisées – l’andragogie – peut contribuer à l’identité professionnelle des enseignants de l’éducation des adultes. Nous nous intéressons au discours officiel présenté dans les documents ministériels, règlementaires et administratifs et à son influence potentielle pour la compréhension du caractère spécifique de la pratique enseignante. Cette étude documentaire révèle le potentiel d’appropriation de notions andragogiques dans les écrits officiels et signale la présence d’ambiguïtés qui peuvent aussi engendrer des difficultés identitaires.
