Abstract
Nous rendons compte ici de la conduite d’une recherche-action sur la sanction dans deux classes d’une section BAC Professionnel d’une école de l’environnement de la Chambre de Commerce de Paris. Nous présentons la problématique de recherche à partir d’une perspective historique pour expliciter les présupposés théoriques de notre recherche et des solutions que nous avons esquissées : repenser collectivement les règles du « vivre ensemble » au lieu de réformer tout simplement le système de sanction. Nous décrivons ensuite la co-construction et l’évaluation d’un dispositif de recherche-action basé sur la participation active des étudiants, des enseignants, des chercheurs et qui a pour but de reformuler certaines parties du règlement de l’école.
