Le syndrome de la vessie douloureuse/cystite interstitielle (SVD/CI) et de la prostatite chronique non bactérienne/syndrome de douleur pelvienne chronique (PCNB/SDPC) sont des entités urologiques sous-estimées et sous-diagnostiquées par le manque de connaissances des médecins. L’étiologie est inconnue et multifactorielle, ce qui entraîne une combinaison de multiples agents thérapeutiques. Cet article fera une mise à jour de ces deux pathologies urologiques douloureuses.
