Abstract
O processo de enfrentamento entre sem-terras e fazendeiros desencadeado no Pontal do Paranapanema, envolveu desde o princípio conflitos violentos, muitas vezes armados. Esse quadro reflete o caráter tenso da reforma agrária que se instalou não só no Pontal, mas em todo país. Todas as grandes inquietações (conflitos) cada vez mais numerosas, são determinadas pelo processo de expropriação da terra. Já as inquietações presentes nas cidades são determinadas pelo processo de exploração dos trabalhadores pelo capital.
