Abstract
Un centenario –el del natalicio de Octavio Paz–, y un aniversario de ocho decadas –el de la fundacion del Palacio de Bellas Artes– convergen este ano para darle marco a la exposicion monumental intitulada En esto ver aquello. Octavio Paz y el arte. Prevista su apertura para el proximo 10 de septiembre y organizada por el Conaculta, reunira 212 obras provenientes de Europa, Estados Unidos, Canada, Asia y Mexico. Su proposito: traducir al lenguaje museografico los textos del poeta alusivos a las artes plasticas. Asi lo refiere el curador de la muestra, Hector Tajonar, colaborador de Proceso, quien ademas es el autor del ensayo explicativo que formara parte del catalogo de la exposicion, en la que podran admirarse pinturas de los artistas que fascinaron al Premio Nobel de Literatura. Con el permiso del ensayista, se adelanta aqui una parte de su amplio trabajo
