Abstract
Este articulo pretende aportar respuestas a diversos interrogantes que han mantenido el caso de la espanolizacion de Barcelona Traction (BT) como inconcluso a pesar de los anos transcurridos y de su importancia. Las respuestas pueden ser utiles para descubrir las relaciones entre las partes principales, algunas de ellas solo sospechadas y otras sencillamente desconocidas. El rechazo al plan de 1945, la gestacion del Acta de 1951, las irregularidades del grupo BT y del grupo March, el abandono del Canada en sus tareas de tutela diplomatica, el apoyo britanico a March, la serie de negociaciones frustradas..., sirven para decidir quien fue el ganador neto del caso BT y que conductas fueron decisivas para ese desenlace.
