Confrontés aux multiples changements survenus en éducation, les enseignants doivent s’adapter à la diversité des profils d’apprenants désormais intégrés en classe régulière. Notre étude porte sur un dispositif d’accompagnement en deux volets (en groupe et individuel) visant à soutenir le développement professionnel des enseignants du secondaire. La création d’espaces dialogiques a stimulé les échanges, le partage et la confrontation des idées et des valeurs dans le but que se construisent de nouveaux repères qui guident le travail. Les résultats obtenus montrent que le soutien offert a favorisé l’adoption de pratiques orientées vers les principes de l’éducation inclusive et a permis de développer une vision commune au sein de l’équipe-école.
