Abstract
Le point de vue qui considère la sociologie comme « science des régularités sociales et des invariants » n’invite pas à étudier des situations irrégulières, qui sortent de l’ordinaire, qui sont de l’ordre de l’exception. En conséquence, la rareté de la littérature et des données statistiques concernant les étudiants handicapés Infirmes moteurs cérébraux (IMC), réalisant des études supérieures, questionne la légitimité d’une étude sur ce sujet. L’article présente les écueils et les intérêts d’une recherche qui prend en compte « l’exceptionnel » dans le contexte de l’accès à l’université des jeunes IMC.
