Mais ce que l’on connaît moins, c’est que des centaines parmi eux ont été contraints de « chercher refuge » en Afrique du Nord, particulièrement au Maroc, dans l’espoir de transiter vers des pays d’accueil en Amérique du Nord ou au Canada.
