Abstract
Notre identité individuelle et notre identité d'Homo sapiens – notre humanité – sont définies en grande partie par notre ADN. La nature propre de notre ADN résulte-t-elle d'abord de la pureté de la transmission de notre matériel génétique de génération en génération, garantie par la barrière des espèces, ou plutôt de la sélection naturelle de matériel génétique incluant de l'ADN ‘étranger' ? La science apporte à cette question troublante de nouvelles réponses. Nous discutons ici des scénarios d'investigation de ces questions provocantes avec les élèves.
