Abstract
Ce texte présente des extraits de notes quotidiennes, prises par des gardiens d'immeubles HLM dans la banlieue nord de Paris et en périphérie de Rouen, qui relèvent des " incidents " avec des familles et des adolescents dont les " agissements " troublent l'ordre ordinaire de la cité. La perspective adoptée consiste à reprendre la mise en scène des événements écrite par les gardiens, en s'attachant à rendre compte des effets de sens qu'elle produit. Il s'agit donc de traduire de quelle façon les mains courantes décrivent " les jeunes garçons " en creusant une absence : celle des politiques sociales en ces lieux marqués par la faillite de l'intervention de la puissance publique.
