Penser l'organisation doit se faire sur le mode de la relation plutot que celui de la substance : chercher a comprendre ce qui compose l'organisation - discours, matiere, humains, ... - ne peut etre une demarche productive puisque l'organisation est hybride et inclut tous ces elements. C'est donc la maniere dont ces elements se combinent qui sont definitoires de l'organisation. Je propose un premier jet d'une approche semiotique de la maniere dont les enonces peuvent etre mis en relation. Ce modele permettrait de reconnaitre les enonces ayant une propriete organisante, par opposition a ceux dont la fonction serait uniquement referentielle.
