Abstract
Cet article aborde le processus de restructuration de l’expérience au cours de la première année d’enseignement au primaire. D’inspiration interactionniste, l’étude puise à une théorie de l’apprentissage expérientiel et adapte les principes de continuité et de transaction au champ de l’enseignement. La méthodologie mise sur un dispositif mentoral, servant le double registre de la formation et de la recherche, dans l’esprit de l’approche collaborative. Les résultats de l’analyse par théorisation ancrée illustrent le processus de restructuration à partir d’un « cadre expérientiel » reconstruit chez l’une des participantes et se transigeant dans l’expérience à travers trois logiques transactionnelles. L’éclairage porté sur la restructuration laisse entrevoir un double mouvement identitaire où se jouent un soi opératoire et un soi unifié.
