Abstract
This chapter presents a series of case studies on radiotherapy for thoracic malignancies. The first case study is about a 84-year-old man presents with a T1N0M0 non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the periphery of the right upper lobe. Other case studies include a 45-year-old man presented with right shoulder and back pain, progressive cough, and increasing shortness of breath. Finally, the chapter discusses the case study of a 60-year-old woman with good performance status completed six cycles of chemotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
