ublié en 1994 aux Éditions Libre Expression, Moi, les parapluies… 1 , le douzième roman du François Barcelo, est sa deuxième œuvre à paraître dans la célèbre collection « Série noire » chez Gallimard, en 1999, après Cadavres, en 1998.Deux autres romans y paraîtront, Chiens sales, en 2000, et L'ennui est une femme à barbe, en 2001.Depuis Agénor, Agénor, Agénor et Agénor, en 1981, le prolifique auteur de la Montérégie a publié près de trente romans pour adultes, trois recueils de nouvelles et bon nombre de romans pour la jeunesse, dont la célèbre série « Momo de Sino », qui compte neuf titres, et « Petit héros », qui en compte six.
