Optimum spacing and design of drainage culverts in the hilly stretch of Buangpui-Lunglei State Road in Mizoram
Bibliographic record
Abstract
For cross-drainage purposes, as well as for the safe and efficient functioning of hilly roads, large numbers of culverts are constructed. The type of terrain and its steepness, road alignment, longitudinal road slope, rainfall intensity, and average width of catchment all govern optimum spacing of culverts. In order to determine optimum spacing between ridge and valley points of the road, an economic analysis is performed so that the total cost of drain and culvert is at a minimum. A discussion of hydrologic and hydraulic design considerations for carrying capacity and finding design discharge is included. Also presented are typical drawings for slab type and hume pipe culverts showing improved inlet and outlet transitions.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
