La Cultura Organizacional tiene profundas implicaciones cuando pensamos en la gestión de la calidad. El problema es quizás más antropológico que biomédico, al principio es tal vez así, en mi caso de científico social. ¿Cual es la relación entre la gestión de la calidad y la cultura organizacional?, para decirlo en palabras simples la gestión de la calidad implica necesidad de una revisión, de las practicas actuales en la provisión y organización de los servicios de salud y en las políticas de salud.
