Abstract
En 2003, un partenariat intitulé Entente de complémentarité des services est établi entre le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux et celui de l’éducation. En 2007, une équipe de recherche reçoit le mandat d’en évaluer l’implantation et les retombées. Plus de 300 participants sont dès lors consultés. L’analyse de leurs propos révèle que l’Entente contribue à officialiser la nécessité de collaboration et de concertation entre les différents intervenants impliqués auprès de l’enfant et de sa famille, afin d’assurer une réponse adaptée à ses besoins. Pour y parvenir, un leadership doit être défini et assuré par des représentants des deux réseaux.
