Abstract
Cet article vise à rendre compte des contributions théoriques des chercheurs poststructuralistes au problème du changement social et historique en relations internationales. L’auteur soutient que malgré leurs contributions à la formation d’une réflexion métathéorique dans le champ à propos des fonctions réifiantes et naturalisantes de l’épistémologie positiviste en RI, ainsi qu’à la mise en lumière du rôle du langage et du discours dans la formation des relations de pouvoir en évolution, le projet poststructuraliste n’a pas réussi à échapper aux pièges et lacunes de la réification, du fonctionnalisme et du structuralisme.
