REFLEXÕES INICIAIS SOBRE COMUNICAÇÃO ORGANIZACIONAL NA ABORDAGEM DA ESTRATÉGIA COMO PRÁTICA SOCIAL

Abstract
O objetivo do presente trabalho é refletir sobre a comunicação organizacional na abordagem da estratégia como prática social. Tal ponderação baseia-se nas contribuições da Escola de Montreal, a qual apresenta uma compreensão específica da comunicação como constitutiva das organizações. Neste ensaio teórico explora-se a interface entre os dois temas propostos - estratégia como prática e comunicação organizacional - evidenciando alguns estudos que já esquadrinharam esta relação. Apresentam-se inicialmente as questões fundamentais sobre a abordagem da estratégia como prática. A seguir, são tecidas considerações sobre a comunicação nas práticas estratégicas e percebe-se que esta pode ser compreendida como uma forma de entender a prática estratégica; uma aproximação metodológica do processo e; uma metáfora do mesmo. Deste modo, apresenta-se o processo estratégico como uma construção organizacional pautada em ações e práticas comunicacionais e discursivas.
