Chez les enfants ayant des incapacités, l’inclusion se traduit, notamment, par une participation active en milieu de garde. Différentes modalités de soutien sont cependant requises pour les enfants et les milieux qui les accueillent. L’une de ces modalités est la présence d’un stagiaire qui a pour mandat de favoriser la réussite de cette inclusion. Les assises d’une nouvelle formule de stage ainsi que l’apport important des stagiaires dans l’inclusion des enfants ayant un trouble du spectre de l’autisme sont présentés.
