O programa Liderança em Enfermagem e Capacitação no Contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde é uma parceria canadense-brasileira criada em 2009 e implementada em 2010, entre a Faculdade de Enfermagem S. Lawrence Bloomberg, Universidade de Toronto (LSBFN), e o Ministério Brasileiro da Saúde (MS), Conselho Nacional de Secretarias de Estado de Saúde (Conass), Conselho Nacional de Secretarias Estaduais, Secretaria Estadual de Saúde de Mato Grosso do Sul (SESMS), Secretaria Estadual de Saúde do Acre (Sesac), Universidade Federal do Acre (Ufac) e Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS).
