Abstract
Qu'est-ce que l'analyse différenciée selon les sexes au gouvernement du Québec ? Quel est le rôle des protagonistes du projet ? Pourquoi le gouvernement s'y est-il engagé ? Et quels sont les enjeux de cette approche qui vise à inscrire l'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes au coeur du processus décisionnel ? Voilà autant de questions auxquelles cet article s'intéresse en faisant ressortir l'importance de la volonté politique, de l'engagement et de la mobilisation du personnel de l'État, du processus organisationnel interne, de même que des alliances stratégiques avec le mouvement des femmes et d'autres groupes de la société civile dans l'atteinte de cet objectif d'égalité.
