Abstract
本文以我们的前期研究为基础,综述蔗茅(Erianthus fulvus)野生种的一些特异性状及其在甘蔗育种中的利用价值.对蔗茅花粉进行低温贮存,克服其与甘蔗花期不遇的障碍,获得两个杂交组合共310株实生苗.采用染色体计数和RAPD分子标记的方法鉴定杂种F1代真实性.结果表明,供试材料杂种01/47、01/85、01/120的2n＝79-82,染色体遗传方式为n+2n;用110个随机引物进行RAPD扩增,63个引物可获得双亲的RAPD多态性,其中3个引物(OPC-19、OPE-2、OPF-4)可在杂种01/64和01/120的 RAPD扩增标记中显示出双亲的特征谱带,分别为父本3500bp和母本1300bp、父本1350bp和母本900bp、父本550bp和母本900bp.本研究探索杂种实生苗早期鉴定的可行之法,为分子标记辅助选择(MAS)、缩短甘蔗育种年限奠定工作基础.
