Abstract

Afin d’offrir des formations de qualité répondant aux attentes et aux besoins des futurs professionnels, plusieurs établissements d’enseignement supérieur choisissent de mettre en place des innovations pédagogiques ou curriculaires en formation initiale. Considérant cela, cet article a comme objectifs, d’une part, de circonscrire ce qu’est l’innovation en enseignement supérieur, particulièrement dans une logique collective et, d’autre part, de présenter un modèle de la dynamique innovationnelle développé par les chercheurs du Centre d’études et de recherche en enseignement supérieur. Dans cette optique, nous proposons de considérer l’innovation comme un processus, caractérisé par la génération, l’acceptation et l’implémentation du changement par de nouvelles idées, processus, produits ou services, et mené par des acteurs inscrits dans une démarche collective. Notons que le modèle que nous avons développé porte sur l’innovation dans une perspective éducative et non technologique.
