A partir del ejemplo del proceso de induccion general en la empresa, y utilizando ciertos recursos sociologicos, se muestra una paradoja en la que se hallan los especialistas en gestion humana: se pretende cuidar la motivacion y el bienestar de los trabajadores para lograr su alto rendimiento, su fidelidad y su permanencia en la empresa; sin embargo, las mutaciones actuales de la arquitectura social, en general, y del trabajo, en particular –como estructura de accion organizada–, obligan a pensar que la lealtad organizacional tiende a ser cada vez mas improbable, y que, por el contrario, ciertos procesos de la actual administracion del personal aparecen elaborados con nociones inadecuadas y parecen contribuir directamente a las adversidades de los seres humanos en los escenarios organizacionales
