Abstract
Cet article tente de montrer que le pluralisme fonde l’ensemble de l’oeuvre poétique de Pierre Nepveu telle qu’elle s’est développée jusqu’à maintenant. Trois étapes sont dégagées : la combinaison de poétiques que font voir les trois premiers recueils ; l’avènement d’une voix intimiste qui émerge de la fiction dans le quatrième ; l’intégration à la poésie de plusieurs voix dans les deux derniers. Ce mouvement, indissociable de la pratique de l’essai et de l’expérience de l’écriture romanesque, structure la rétrospective Le sens du soleil, aboutissement provisoire de l’oeuvre d’où ressort la dimension proprement poétique du pluralisme.
