Abstract
La relation entre technologie et structure organisationnelle est examinée en rapport avec les politiques de gestion et la djuamique des rapports sociaux organisationnels dans trois entreprises de pâtes et papiers. En dépit de la similarité des conditions technologiques et économiques, des politiques de gestion de la coordination et du contrôle semblables font l'objet de différences importantes dans leurs applications et leurs effets, en particulier dans les services d'entretien et de réparation, à la suite de négociations intensives entre les divers acteurs, à la fois à l'intérieur et en marge du cadre institutionnalisé des relations patronales-syndicales. Le changement technologique s'avère être un facteur important de déstructuration et restructuration des rapports sociaux organisationnels.
