Abstract
Ce memoire traite la problematique de la mobilite des sessions pour le transfert des communications multimedias basees sur le protocole SIP. Plusieurs aspects sont etudies et des mecanismes proposes afin de permettre la mobilite des sessions avant, durant et apres leur etablissement. En plus d'une communication impliquant deux intervenants, Il a ete possible d'etendre l'utilisation de la mobilite des sessions pour l'appliquer aux scenarios de communications en mode conference regroupant plusieurs intervenants. Les mecanismes de mobilite de session developpes au cours de cette these sont par la suite deployes pour (1) permettre des transformations entre differentes topologies de conferences et (2) construire un modele de conference adapte pour l'echange de la voix au sein des groupes de communication a large echelle.
