Este articulo discute de la evolucion de la metodologia clinica de ensenanza del Derecho en Canada y en Quebec y da un panorama de la situacion actual en el pais, presentando algunas iniciativas clinicas en diversas universidades canadienses. Se discute tambien de la pertinencia de esta metodologia en cuanto a la ensenanza de derecho internacional de los derechos humanos en el contexto de la mundializacion. Se presenta igualmente la experiencia particular de la Clinica internacional de defensa de los derechos humanos de la UQAM.
