Abstract
As the population of senior citizen increased dramatically, how to provide for the aged became a very important social problem. Recently, Shanghai devoted to consummate the old-age care service net in order to further satisfy the request of various level old-age care services. Shanghai enhanced the family old-age service function and developed the old-age service agency. Meanwhile, Shanghai also developed the community old-age care mode and considered the house old-age care as experimental test. Though the exploration for old-age care of Shanghai Community, this article focused on introduced the development of Shanghai old-age care house mode, the characteristic of old-age care house mode and the factors of effecting old-age care house mode. Furthermore, this article also provided some advices for old-age care house mode in order to promote the construction of Shanghai Community old-age care. Key words: community, old-age care house mode, discussion Resume: Avec la croissance rapide de la population des personnes âgees de Shanghai, comment passer la vieillesse devient une problematique sociale. Depuis les dernieres annees, Shanghai se consacre a l’amelioration du reseau de service pour les âges. Pour mieux satisfaire les besoins de differents ordres, Shanghai, tout en renforcant la fonction de la famille ou on passe la vieillesse et developpant la maison de retraite, effectue activement l’exploration du modele de service pour les vieillards dans les quartiers d’habitation, et fait de passer la vieillesse a la maison le modele-pilote. L’article present, a travers l’examination des facons de vivre des vieillards de Shanghai, presente particulierement le developpement du modele de passer la vieillesse a la maison de Shanghai, ses caracteristiques ainsi que les facteurs influants, et donne des propositions en la matiere dans l’intention de promouvoir la construction des soins du quartier accordes aux vieillards. Mots-cles: quartier, passer la vieillesse a la maison, soins du quartier 摘要：隨著上海老年人口的迅速增長，如何養老成了一個重大的社會性課題。近年來，上海致力於完善老年人養老服務網路，為進一步滿足不同層次的養老服務需求，上海在增強家庭養老功能和發展機構養老的同時，積極開展了社區養老服務模式的探索，以居家養老作為試點。本文通過對上海社區養老的探索，重點介紹上海居家養老模式的發展、居家養老模式的特點、以及影響居家養老模式的因素等方面，並對居家養老給出一些建議，旨在促進上海老年人社區照顧的建設。 關鍵詞：社區；居家養老；社區照顧
